PTO Representatives Meeting
March 10, 2008
The next meeting(s) of representatives for the Magic Hat Thrift Shop will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at 7pm or Friday, April 4, 2008 at 9am in the shop.
A representative, or person in their stead, MUST attend one of these meetings. This is one of the requirements that needs to be met in order to qualify for the 35% of funds divided among all schools intending to meet minimum requirements during each allocation period. A new allocation period begins April 1st.
Please notify Gale at briangale@comcast.net of which meeting your school’s representative plans to attend. If, by chance, everyone plans to attend the same meeting, the other will be cancelled (do not assume you can miss one meeting and show up at the other without notifying Gale in advance).
This is a meeting where we can address any concerns or questions that may have come up in the last 6 months. It is also a forum to share information and suggestions.
Funding information from the current period, which ends March 31st, will be made available sometime in mid-April. If our projections are correct we will surpass previous allocations.
